I found this while sorting through some old reviews that needed posting. The Montblanc sample was written with a very wet writing Waterman. though since Montblanc callously murdered the iron gall formulation of Midnight Blue I guess it doesn’t matter all that much. 😦
The Five Cat PENagerie 
I think I’m going to roll the dice and get some iron gall ink(s). I teach HS chemistry and I’ve been seriously considering doing an experiment where my students make their own iron gall inks. It would be fun to compare our lab results with commercially available ink.
